I want to dive into Realty Income today because it hasn't performed as I thought it would, at least not this past year. I've owned the stock for a few years, but honestly took a step back because it seemed to be very stagnant. Maybe due to inflation and Interest rates. However, the Feds have lowered rates more than once heading into 2025, but yet I'm still not impressed with Realty Income's performance. I go back and forth in my head about pulling the trigger, I mean hitting the "Sell" button. But as an Investor, you learn to remove emotions from Investment decisions but the red makes it tough, oh well. Ok here we go.
